Between February 19 and 23, drilled 12 soil borings and constructed 6 vapor extraction wells (VEW) and 6 vapor monitoring points (VMP) within the borings for soil vapor extraction (SVE) pilot test. Collected 15 soil samples from 10 of the soil borings. Highest concentrations of VOCs found between 13 and 15 feet bgl within the main trench. TCE and DCE levels in several samples exceeded RRS2 criteria. Results are summarized in Table B3-3. |
