Section 3 - Well 16 Water Level and Transducer Data
Precipitation data collected from the meteorological station at Well 16 between October 5, 1998 and June 14, 2000 is shown in Figure 2, along with water level data collected during the same period by the Well 16 transducer.As noted earlier, groundwater levels rose 11.77 feet on average between March 21, 2000 and June 14, 2000. During this period, there were twenty-three rainfall events, with a total precipitation of 11.1 inches. During the previous quarter of December 16, 1999 through March 20, 2000, when water levels dropped 9.3 feet on average there were twenty rainfall events, with a total precipitation of approximately 3.58 inches.
