Addendum to Sampling and Analysis Plan Specific to Delivery Order DO23 - October 1996

This addendum is to the Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) for the Air Mobility Command (AMC), Delivery Order RL17, Solid Waste Management Unit (SWMU) Closures at Camp Stanley Storage Activity and applies to tasks to be performed under the AFCEE Delivery Order 0023 groundwater evaluation, monitoring, and well installation project for CSSA. Tasks specified under this program include the following, with a reference to the appropriate project plan and the contract under which that plan was written:

The AMC RL17 SAP is composed of two parts - a Field Sampling Plan (FSP) and a Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP). Additions are made only to the FSP. The QAPP is accepted in its entirety.
