Began site excavation. Removed approximately 2,500 cu. yds.  Contents found were mostly metal debris, large concrete rocks, and construction debris. 

Collected waste characterization samples on all stockpiles. 

Excavated soil stockpile that came back hazardous was mixed with phosphate.  Confirmation samples collected two weeks after mixing with phosphate.

Site backfilled and berms knocked down to fill in low areas.
