This certification is limited only to geoscientific products contained in the subject report and is made on the basis of written and verbal information provided by the CSSA Environmental Office, laboratory data provided by APPL Laboratory, DHL Laboratory, and Severn Trent Laboratory, and field data obtained during ongoing groundwater monitoring conducted at the site, and is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
