A draft version and a final version of a pilot test report will be prepared. The report will include all of the results of previously completed testing and results from the phase of testing described in this plan addendum. The report will consist of the following items: tables with results of field measurements and analytical data, VOC removal summaries, and interpretative discussions on the results. If noteworthy, field oxygen and TVH data collected during the 1995 soil gas survey at SWMU B-3 will be extracted from field notes and presented in a table format and graphically for comparison to current static soil gas conditions. Furthermore, the report will include a design for a short-term (up to one year) treatability system and recommendations for full-scale operating parameters.

Because the data will be collected over the 6-month duration of this project, only one Informal Technical Information Report (ITIR) summarizing the data will be submitted. The draft ITIR will be submitted after data validation is completed following the final sampling event rather than after each sampling event. The final ITIR will be submitted 30 days after receipt of comments.
