AOC 65 Treatability Test Plan

Section 5 - Reporting Requirements

A draft and final version of the AOC 65 Treatability Study Report will be prepared and will include results of the SVE testing described in this plan. The report will consist of the following items: tables with results of field measurements and analytical data, VOC removal summaries, and interpretative discussion of the results. The draft AOC 65 Treatability Study Report will be submitted after completion of the Building 90 subslab ventilation system and AOC 65 SVE system installation and testing. Based on the purposed schedule, the draft report will be issued February 28, 2003. This report will be considered an interim AOC 65 Treatability Study Report because it will only detail results and recommendations developed from SVE test results.

However, a final report summarizing the AOC 65 Treatability Study and Groundwater Recharge Study test results will be submitted at the end of the period of performance for this delivery order. This report will include findings from the SVE Study, any optimization testing or O&M results, plus an evaluation of any other treatment methods evaluated during the 12-month study period.

Parsons understands that the data to be collected during the AOC 65 Treatability Study and the Groundwater Recharge Study are considered screening data. Therefore, an Informal Technical Information Report (ITIR) is not required and will not be submitted. A 12-month period of performance is assumed for both the AOC 65 Treatability Study and the Groundwater Recharge Study. The period of performance is assumed to begin with installation of the Groundwater Recharge Study weather station.
