Up to 40 off-post wells will be sampled each quarter under TO 0008.  Based upon historical results and the project DQOs, wells will be placed into one of the sampling categories as follows. These categories and the list of off-post wells to be sampled will be updated each quarter:

	To be sampled as needed, at least once annually.
	Quarterly, for one year
	To be sampled twice annually.

Certain wells have GAC filtration units installed by CSSA. Post GAC samples are collected every six months (twice annually) for those wells. These samples are given the following designations: 

	A1 - after GAC canister #1
	A2 - after GAC canister #2
