Dear Brian:

At the request of Camp Stanley Storage Activity (CSSA) Parsons has prepared a summary of AOC-65 waste characterization data. This summary includes the analytical data used to characterize wastes generated during AOC-65 treatability study activities for off-site disposal purposes. Data used for the waste characterization include soil samples collected from soil borings conducted west of Building 90, drilling IDW drum samples from the AOC-65 RFI activities, and drilling IDW samples from the treatability study activities. Included is a site map depicting the soil boring locations relative to the area excavated during the AOC-65 removal action. This material was determined not to meet the criteria for listed hazardous waste under 40 CFR 261.31 as indicated by Waste Management Plan dated August 2002.
