** Emissions are calculated for either total annual fuel consumption natural gas or total annual fuel consumption #2 diesel fuel. Emission factors for natural gas combustion are from AP-42 Table 1.4-2, 10.86. Emission factors for fuel oil combustion are from AP-42 table 1.3-1, 10.86. Note that #2 fuel oil is a distillate fuel. We assumed 0.5% sulfur in the distillate fuel #2 diesel ("Bunkie's Guide to Fuel Oil Specifications", National Oil Fuel Institute Bulletin No. 68-101 states that the Bureau of Mines gives sulfur contents that vary from 0.040% for #1 to 1.70% for #6 fuel oils. This was confirmed via a 1/7/93 telephone conversation with Camp Stanley's Es Renk.
