Cultural resources survey

Conduct a survey consistent with section 106 of NHPA to identify the locations and existence of prehistoric and historic sites and standing structures.  This will aid in determining the significance of historic resources at CSSA, if any.

Modifications, construction, or other land disturbance activities

Once potentially significant sites are identified in the comprehensive cultural resources survey, the information can be used to assess and minimize future impacts due to modifications, construction, or other land disturbance activities (e.g., cedar clearing with bulldozers) as outlined in AR 200-1.
