Future plans at RMU-3 include field mapping the site, conducting a magnetometer survey to determine if any spent ammunition is buried at the site, and collection of surface soil samples. This work is tentatively planned, but it is not currently included in any delivery order. If the site is found to meet RRS1 criteria after this work has been completed, a closure report will be prepared in accordance with TNRCC closure requirements.

RMU-4 is located in the east pasture and has an area of approximately 1.6 acres. The site was identified as a rifle range on a 1953 map of CSSA, but no spent ammunition has been observed in the area. However, the remnants of a concrete-backed dirt hill were observed at the site. Specific data regarding all site activities may be found in RMU-4 links.

Future plans at RMU-4 include field mapping the site, conducting a magnetometer survey to determine if any spent ammunition is buried at the site, removing and properly disposing of the concrete, and collection of surface soil samples. This work is tentatively planned, but it is not currently included in any delivery order. If the site is found to meet RRS1 criteria after this work has been completed, a closure report will be prepared in accordance with TNRCC closure requirements.

If the site is found to meet RRS1 criteria after this work has been completed, a closure report will be prepared in accordance with TNRCC closure requirements.
