This addendum provides additional information to the Health and Safety Plan for the Closure of Solid Waste Management Units at Camp Stanley Storage Activity (Volume 1-5 of the Environmental Encyclopedia).1 The purpose of this addendum is to describe safe practices for work to be performed during the AOC 55 Remedial Actions under task order 0009. An additional comprehensive safety plan will be generated to incorporate construction and UXO avoidance activities for all on-site personnel, including Parsons Personnel, subcontractors and CSSA workers.
